Sho3’lak Weyana project is not limited to employing people with disabilities only
Rather, people with Down syndrome have been trained and qualified to develop skills (personal skills – self-leadership skills – time management – effective communication skills – functional skills suitable for the labor market – ways to solve problems) and build confidence and qualify them for the labor market to enjoy the greatest degree of independence, and this is considered the second step in the project.
And that training was done after conducting the necessary personal interviews for them to evaluate the skills and develop a suitable training plan for each person.
