The initiative provides several training courses provided by the three partners of the Wayana Foundation: 360 Clinics for Psychological, Mental and Brain Training, Quest Company, which specializes in the field of human resources training and development, and the B.Tech Academy and School for Applied Technology.
In cooperation with the B.Tech Academy and School of Applied Technology, people with Down syndrome were trained on computer skills and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
Today is the first day of training on computer skills and Microsoft Office programs at the B.Tech School of Applied Technology for our young employees at Beltone Financial Holding Company in order to raise their capabilities and develop their skills.
Today, practical training took place on the Excel program, which was carried out through the cooperation of B.Tech Academy and the Wayana Foundation.
Special thanks to Beltone Financial Holding Company and B.Tech Academy and School for their belief in the abilities of people with Down Syndrome and for their support of the Wayana Foundation’s training and employment program.

On the third day, practical training took place on the “Microsoft Word program; These exercises were presented by Mr/ Muhammad Nabil, Master Data Manager of B.Tech.
Mr/ Ahmed Khalil, Executive Director of B.Tech School of Applied Technology, handed over certificates to our young people with Down Syndrome for attending practical training workshops on Microsoft Office programs.
Wayana Foundation seeks, through the training and employment program, to develop enhanced skills and build confidence among people with Down Syndrome, qualify them for the labor market, and enjoy a greater degree of independence.
These trainings were conducted after conducting personal interviews for the nine employees to develop a training plan suitable for each person, and this was carried out with the much appreciated sponsorship of B.Tech Academy.

وشهد التدريب عدد من الأنشطة الرياضية.

وفي اليوم الثالث تم التدريب العملي على برنامج الورد Word؛ وقام بتقديم هذه التدريبات أ/محمد نبيل.
وقام الأستاذ/ أحمد خليل, المدير التنفيذي لمدرسة بي تك للتكنولوجيا التطبيقية بتسليم شهادات لشبابنا أصحاب متلازمة داون لحضورهم ورش التدريب العملية على برامج الميكروسوفت أوفيس.
تسعى مؤسسة ويانا من خلال برنامج التدريب والتوظيف إلى تطوير المهارات المعززة وبناء الثقة لدى الأشخاص ذوي متلازمة داون، وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل، والتمتع بقدر أكبر من الاستقلالية.
هذه التدريبات تمت بعد إجراء مقابلات شخصية للموظفين ال 9 لوضع خطة تدريب مناسبة لكل شخص، وقد تم تنفيذ ذلك برعاية كاملة من أكاديمية بي تك.
