Wayana Foundation is honored to be the first non-governmental organization which designed, launched and implemented an international model for employment of persons with disabilities in the Middle East. The employment program is dedicated to transforming societal attitudes toward the integration of individuals with disabilities in the job market by challenging the prevailing misconception about individuals with disabilities as a heavy burden on the economy and society. Instead, Wayana Foundation firmly believes that persons with disabilities possess the potential to contribute productively to the workforce, and our project is designed to actualize this potential.
